Apply Query Errors

Hello,

I am getting the following message and have not been able to identify what is causing my errors.  I have gone into the query and removed rows with errors and still get the same message.  Any other guidance on how I can identify the cause to be able to fix.  Any suggestions/ideas is much appreciated.
