Apply Queries/Discard changes issue

Hi Everyone,    I have made the changes in the power query and saved the report. I refreshed the data and I closed and opened the report Ithe following image appears as Apply queries/ Discard chang...

this can occasionally happen when you have multiple changes and some of them get dropped.  Go back to the Query Editor, change some insignificant items in your queries, and "Close and Apply". That should make it go away.
