Application launcher cannot be loaded at this time

Hi,

 

We've had this issue on powerbi service since last week or so.

I want to create a support ticket but with this menu not loading, then we are stucked. We are  Pro users.

How Do I create a support ticket??..Do I need this menu??

Please How do we fix this??,...Please help

Try pressing Ctrl+F5. You could also contact the administrator of your Power BI tenant to open a support ticket in the admin portal.
