Application is not opening

Hi All,

 

when i was treied to open power bi i am geting error like " ExecuteXmla failed with results", Kindly help me on this

Need Help

    Hi KolliNaga

     

     Please uninstall if you have multiple versions of Power BI and make sure you have the latest versions only .

    Is the powerBI 32 bit or 64 bit? Better to have 64 bit version.

    Also, revisit the data cache limit ( File -> Option & settings -> Data load-> Data Cache Management ) and increase the limit as needed.

      Hi Raj, 

       

      I have installed latest version only "2.98.683.0" 64 bit and File -> Option & settings -> Data load-> Data Cache Management here also i can see max limited i.e 4092 my application size is only 40 MB, still i am getting same error

    Hi, KolliNaga 

     

    You can try this below to search your luck:

     

    A viable solution in some cases is:

    install Power bi through the standalone installer rather than the Microsoft Store.

    Or try an earlier version of Power bi.

    Previous monthly updates to Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service

     

    If that will not cover your case I would recommend to open a support ticket. 

    If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com

    Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
