Application crashes seconds after it opens

Did a fresh install of PowerBI & fired it up, unfortunately, after a few seconds, it crashes. Happens in both the MS Store version & 64-bit installer version. No RAM overuse Clearing cache in App...

    AnkitKukreja, finally found the solution. Undervolting is the cause here (Through intel XTU). Even though it was perfectly stable UV & all other apps worked fine, Power BI seems to have some conflicts

I tried that. Infact, I even did a clean install of windows yesterday & installed Power BI from store. Same issue. Then I tried the installer versions, again, same issue

    Will try that again! Do you think I should try the 32 bit installer on the site instead?

      Hi Anonymous 

       

      On windows search about and check your system config, whether it's 32 or 64. You should use Power BI desktop according to that.

        Hi AnkitKukreja 

        My PC is 64bit obviously as it has 16 gigs of RAM... Btw, both the 32 & 64 bit versions aren't working, so I am leaving this post open for alternate solutions. Thanks for the support
