    Hi yuvanne_11 

    Append query is straight forward in Power BI.

     

    1. Add one custom column on all your table like "May 2021" or may be a file name like below

     

    2. Append as new query. if the names of the columns are same across all the files then it will be appended in same column.

Hi Hariharan_R 

Thank you for your reply.  Since the names of the column were different the append appeared differently. But there is this one column the 'month' which is not merging together, rest columns are aligning. 

Like for example I have a sheet which includes June, July and August 2021 data its just that this sheet is not appending with other. Rest of the sheets are working good. But its just this sheet the month column is not appending. When I append all the sheets I am able to see two month columns instead of one. I really dont know whats the reason.
