Append tables in Data View

In column A is a range of project numbers, in columns B , C and D there are Yes, No if they are part of the listed Project

5  Yes    Yes   Yes

In Data View is it possible to Filter only those with Yes for each category and then Append them into a single table of two columns so that it shows all of them combined ?

I was able to do this by creating indvidual tables (filter on Yes etc) then appending them together but I was hoping I could do this in Data View to avoid duplicating the source table as its so large.
