Append queries dynamically refresh?

I want to combine two tables that share some columns, and I think append queries would work. I just want to make sure that if I use the function, and my source data updates, will the appended query ...

    Yes, the Append table will always updated when the base table is updated.

Yes, the Append table will always updated when the base table is updated.
