Append Queries Failure

Hi everyone,

What are some common reasons why "Append Queries" might fail? 

I have three tables, each with a "Lat" and "Long" field. Spelled the same and of the same data type. In the appended table, one of the tables returns blanks for the "Lat" field. I can't figure out how to fix this.
