App user access over different region

Hi All,

  I created one app under one premium capacity workspace and shared across people from different countries in Europe.

  While they access the report it gives cross mark for all the visuals.

 

  Any help for this problem would be highly appreciated.

What is your datasource and what is your connect mode? Normally this problem is caused by RLS.

@v-eachen-msft Yeah I checked there was a blank role created which caused this issue. Thanks for pointing it out.

Are all this users part of the same tenant, did you apply dynamic RLS?

@Mariusz  Yes, they are part of same tenant and there are no RLS so far applied on the dataset.
