App pending user request accepting error

Whenever we are trying accept users pending access requests on app from the "Pending" page we get an error that says

Something went wrong

Failed to approve access requests to this artifact

please try again later.....

 

We can then grant access to the same user by adding them individually but never through pending requests! any thoughts any one?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Is this the case for all users and reports?

    According to my test, only the report owners or the roles with edit permissions for this workspace can approve access requests, please make sure they have permissions.

    Hi v-kkf-msft 

     

    Thanks for your response. This is specifically in happening in the "Pending requests" in the "Permissions" page. The user failing to approve pending requests is one of the "admin" of the wokspace. She can then add the user directly to the workspace and that way it works. Is it a normal behaviour?
