App pending user request accepting error
Whenever we are trying accept users pending access requests on app from the "Pending" page we get an error that says Something went wrong Failed to approve access requests to this artifact please ...

Thanks for your response. This is specifically in happening in the "Pending requests" in the "Permissions" page. The user failing to approve pending requests is one of the "admin" of the wokspace. She can then add the user directly to the workspace and that way it works. Is it a normal behaviour?
