App is preventing me from deleting reports. How do I delete this app?

Hi,

So my workspace is a bit messed up at the moment, because I can't delete anything from it. 

Apperantly an app that I created is blocking me from doing so. For this reason I would like to remove the app.

I thought easy I'll just click delete. But this doesn't actually delete te app. It just removes it from my list. 

After "deleting" it, it seems to be gone. But when I click "new app", bada bim bada boom it's right there. 

So I've updated the app to not include the reports that I want to delete, which kinda works, sometimes. 

But I decided that I just want to get rid of this app altogether, because I won't be using it.

So my question is: How do I completely and permanently delete a PowerBi app from existence?
