Do we have any microsoft certified tool which can help in manging multiple power bi premiuam capacities?

You can manage premium capacity with the following tools.

• Via Power Bi admin portal:  The Admin portal can be used to create, modify, and monitor advanced capacity. The prerequisite for using this is that you have the Global Administrator or Power BI Service Administrator role. • Via the Microsoft Fabric capacity metrics app: This is an app that provides a view of advanced capacity health and performance, which you can get by installing it, and you have to have the Capacity Manager role.
