Any alternative for Object Level Security in Power BI

I have a requirement to implement OLS in my dashboards. Below are the approaches i have used:

1. Implementing OLS Using Tabular editor.

2. Upivoting columns into rows( In my scenario this is not helpful).

First approach using Tabular editor works fine for me.. But using Tabular editor we need to enable (Read/None/Default) for each role which takes manual efforts. Now I wanted to now if there is some way to "automate" this because for each refresh the OLS roles might gets updated. 
So i am keen to know if there is some solution for this or is there any alternative for OLS.
