Anomaly Detection unavailable in PowerBi Desktop

Good Morning Dear,

I have 02 serious worries:

1- the 'Anomaly detection' functionality does not appear in the configuration settings of my PowerBI Desktop
version: 2.124.2028.0 64-bit(December 2023). Please help me with this first concern because I have not made any progress
in my work for over a week.

2- In the 'My workspace' of my powerbi service account, I cannot create a dataflow; When I want to load my Excel file,
I receive an error message like this: 'Your account does not have a sufficient license for OneDrive for Business to complete
the requested action. Please contact your organization’s Office 365 administrator.’

Please Guys, i need your Help

Regards, Joel

Hi @f2bo ,

For the anomaly detection unavailable in Power BI desktop.

1.Anomaly detection is only available for line chart visual.

2.Ensure that the data meets the requirements.

3.Enable Anomaly detection by selecting the chart and selecting Find anomalies in the analytics pane.

For the two issue that couldn’t create a dataflow in the my workspace.

1.Confirm that the account has the necessary license for One Drive for business.

2.You can view the following link to learn how to create a dataflow.

Anomaly detection is only available with very specific conditions (the type of visual you use, and the data types in them) - check the last section of this page for more details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-anomaly-detection

You cannot create a dataflow in My Workspace - either create a new workspace, or create a dataflow in any other workspace in your organisation. It is in the second paragraph of this page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/dataflows/dataflows-create
