I have the sample data attached , My ultimate aim to calculate the anualized attrition percenatge, Here i am facing difficulty in taking average of HC between 'Previous year Last/latest Month HC' and 'Current month HC', How to average by creating measure, Even i have slicer for filter also, if user looking for 2022 Mar'22 measure automatically picks the Opening head from the Previous Year 2021 and Dec month HC

Attrition Formula - (Exit Count of Current Month / Avg ( Dec as Opening HC default + Cureent Month HC)*12)/Current Month Number
Sample - (2/Avg(4+4))*12/1
Even for month of Feb,Mar Opening Count Should be same as Previous Years Last Month(Dec)
Please help me out
