Annual Leave time off table

Hi,

I have created a table that shows the days that employees are away. Currently it shows the each single leave date:

For example Lawrence is taking August 12th - 18th off:

I have this table as relative date in the Next month which shows all the days that employees will be taking off in that month.

Is there a way, that when employee's take multiple days off like Lawrence - It shows as 12th of august - 18th of August rather than indivudal single lines.

I don't want someone in the office to take a whole month off and have every single day populated in the table!

I am currently pulling this data from dataverse and I can only pull the 'leave date' - there is no end date - it just pulls the day that employees take off which forms under the clukmn 'leave date'.

Does anyone have any idea on how I could achieve this?

Regards,

Henry

@DynamicsHS , What is mean by month, Count only workdays and check the max count of 22?

You can use continuous streak logic

you make have to add logic for each employee
