Measure = sumx(FILTER(all(Forecast),Forecast[Month ]="Jun"),'Forecast'[Forecast])when you change the month filter, the output for measure is always 2000

i think you need to create the relationship between tables via date column.
it's better to provide the sample data and expected output.
