Annoying problem when exporting to pdf (urgent help needed)

Urgent since it is suppose to be used in a huge report containing 50+ pages and presented soon.

In the report everything looks nice and dandy

But when exporting to pdf it looks horrible??

As can be seen below, I use card box to represent to number dynamically:

How to fix this?

Hi @Bokazoit ,

Power BI reports with more than 50 report pages currently can't be exported. Paginated reports don't have this limitation. 

Reports with unusual custom page sizes may experience issues in export scenarios. For best results, consider switching to a standard page size for your report.

That did not answer my questuion. I have it seperated in two and it still looks odd
