Anaplan and PBI connector issue

Hi all,

 

I'm having the same issue that allow me to refresh the model on desktop but fails when trying to refresh it online.

Have you been able to find any turnaround?

I get it on desktop too.  I've reached out to our Anaplan customer support who are currently investigating this (and a second issue with the data coming through the connector.)  If you're able I would suggest raising a ticket with them too so that they know it's not an isolated issue.

      If they find a solution I'll share back here. 
      In the meantime I am contemplating workarounds.  I have the option of using Alteryx which also has a connector for Anaplan.  I could in theory use Alteryx to connect to the reports in Anaplan and dump a csv file into a Sharepoint folder and then connect Power BI to those csv files.

      Hello,

       

      Did you manage to find a turnaround ?

      Anaplan support told me that they only maintain the Desktop connector which is working fine for us.
      Microsoft is in charge of maintaining the Online connector (which is not working on our side). We submitted a ticket but obtained no answer as of today.
