Analyze in Excel

I am not sure when it happened but users of my reports are not able to use the Analyze in Excel feature in the reports that are in my app. I have run the Analyze with Excel Updates and made sure all is good there. I have checked the Allow end users to export any data from the service or Report Server and still no joy. Any ideas?

    I have test on my side, all the reports work well.

    What is the data source of this special report? do you try to delete the report and republish it again?
