Analyst with Visual impairment

I have a visual impairment and with the new release of PBI desktop (June 2019) I am unable to see my work with the white background. I went through the settings and could not find any settings to change PBI desktop back to the original colors.

I called MS help desk for people with disabilities and was sent to a corporate help desk who wanted to charge 400 dollars to talk about my disability. They then sent me back to the disability help desk who said I must deal with their corporate products department.

This is impacting my ability to do my work. My company most likely pays for about 50k PBI licenses and I am sure accessibility should not be passed back and forth between two departments.

Any help within the PBI desktop settings would be greatly appreciated.
