An effective way to print reports??

Hey PBI Gurus!

I have another question for y'all masters of data analysis. I have a report I run every Monday for the previous week (Mon-Sun) that details employee performance. It's basically an employee scorecard that has two slicers: the "week ending" period, and employee name.

In order to distribute the report to the supervisors on the floor, I use the snipping tool and save a screenshot of every person's scorecard, then I print out all of them. As you can imagine, this is a time consuming endeavor that I would like to elimate, if possible.

So, my question is, is there a way to export a report for every filter selection? If not, is there a way I can design my report that would make this easier to do? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, guys!

@CoreyP,

As far as I know, there is no automatic way to print report for each filter selection.

@CoreyP,

You can publish reports to Power BI Service, then print report from Power BI Service, there is an example for your reference.

Yes, thank you. However, if I have a report page with a slicer drop down with a list of I dunno, 100 employees, I have to physically go through and change the slicer and then print again, right?

What I'm wondering is if there is a way I can automate this process?

@CoreyP,

Do supervisors need every employee's card individually, or could you set a slicer for the supervisor's "group" of employees? That would drastically cut down on the number of reports.

Here's the thing:

They don't want to purchase a license for every supervisor, and they're not sure the supervisors would even know how to use it. (I know..)

So that's why I print and distribute physical copies. To be fair, the total "pages" of reports I print, at this point in time, is like 45-50.
