An Argument of Function Rate has wrong data type or result is too small or too large

Getting the error 'An Argument of Function Rate has wrong data type or result is too small or too large'

effective_int_rate = RATE([tenor_days],pmt(([INT_RATE]/360),[tenor_days],-[AMOUNT_DISBURSED]),-([AMOUNT_DISBURSED]-TL_LISTING[Total Fee]))*30

If i replace the [tenor_days] with numbers 1 ,it works fine. [tenor_days] contain numbers in thousands .
Any alternative solutions also welcome.

@Missed , what is data type for tenor_days? make sure it whole number
