Ambiguous filter

Thank you all, I appreciate the ideal answer is to rebuild the backend but this is an minor edit on a large legacy product therefore I won't be able to achieve an acceptable ROI on a rebuild. In the end I achieved the desired result by using the "IN VALUES" functions within a CALCULATE function. I'll mark this as the answer as it did achieve the desired result within the limited context of not rebuilding the backend.
