Ambiguous Relationships
hi guys,
need help with the relationships between my tables.
I have 2 main relationships i need:
- Relationship using Name in Team Structure to all other tables
- Relationship using Date in Calendar Team to all other tables.
Here are all my relationships.
There is one relationship left I need to activate which is the Calendar -> Team Structure using 1 to Many, Single Filter.
I get an error when trying to activate it that there are ambiguous relationships from all tables that are connected to Team structure. I have numbered the tables to make it easier for you guys to read so go by Table 1, 2, etc.
I have tried changing filtering directions, activating relationships in different orders but this goes over my head.
Could anyone help? or like a website / YT video i could watch to gain more insight into relationships?
paulfink , Try to avoid bi-directional M-M relationships. There should not be two paths
consider bi-direction two-way route
A- B -C, then if try A-C it will give error

the problem is most likely bidirectional relationships, see more in this video
