    You can do this with a disconnected Teams table like below. With this approach, the data will not automatically filter when the Teams[Team Name] selection changes, so you need to create measures to get the data you need.

     

    Tickets Solved = Count(Tickets[Ticket ID])
     
    Tickets Solved By Team = CALCULATE([Tickets Solved], FILTER(Tickets,Tickets[Requester Team]=[Selected Team]))
     
    Tickets Solved By Agents on Team = CALCULATE([Tickets Solved], FILTER(Agents,Agents[Agent Team]=[Selected Team]))
     
    Result: When Team B is selected, Tickets Solved By Team =2 and Tickets Solved By Agents on Team =3.
