Always show date labels in bar chart

Hi all

I have a horizontal stacked bar chart where I want to show 2 measures, one is a value in millions and the other a %.

The idea is just showing both data labels but, as the bar of the % is so small (invisible, actually), the data label is not displayed.

Is there a way to sshow the data label regardless the size of the bar?

I put in the title date labels instead of data labels. Sorry for that
