Alt Codes in DAX

Hello,

I'm trying to enter a bullet point within  a measure to say something like this: 

• Data refreshed on

I had used Alt+7 to enter a bullet in the measure a couple of days ago, but it looks like the Alt code no longer works! Does anyone know how I can insert a bullet point as part of the concatenated sentence within a measure?
