Allow Users to Refresh Report on My Workspace
Hello Freinds,
I have published few reports in "My workspace" which is having premium per-user license. I am able to share the report using Report->Manage Permissions->Direct Access-> Add the Email addresses.
But I am not able to make them to refresh the report on demand.
Also I dont see the "Manage Access" button on the Workspace main page for "My workspace".
So does this mean that other users cant refresh the reports published in My Workspace?

you can either create a schedule refresh for your report.
go to settings
under refresh - schedule refresh
or you can use power automated to create a button so that the user can refresh the report on demand ( not recommend )

true, "My workspace" is your workspace alone, they can't access it or refresh it.
you could do as Daniel29195 mentioned and or publish the report to a workspace that then you can give them access to using Manage permissions.
