    Hi AlwaysBI 

    You can create a calculated colum in the table you show (Table1):

     

    Competitor Price =
CALCULATE (
    DISTINCT ( Table1[Price] );
    ALLEXCEPT ( Table1; Table1[Group] );
    Table1[Type] = "Competitor"
)
