All of our systems show the same error "microsoft.powerbi.oledb is not registered"

We have first installed July PowerBI x64 version on approximately 8 systems and got an error "microsoft.powerbi.oledb is not registered" on all of them. We reinstalled to the latest version and same thing is happening. The systems are running Win10 and MS Office (32-bit). 

I am using May PBI 64-bit version and it is working fine with MS Office 32-bit version also installed.

Is there a solution for this? Prefreably without re-installations since this take up a lot and resources.

First one is not relevant for us (we get the same error when trying to load a simple file of any sort),
and second one - reinstallation (as I explained in my inital message) didn't work when we tried it.
