All except with 2 tables

Hi All,

i want to calculate the Sum of the value with All except with 2 different tables. Which is having one to many Relationships.

1.Top25 Lapsed Pipelien-Region1 = CALCULATE(

     SUM('Lapsed Pipelien'[TVPS]),

         TOPN(25,GROUPBY('Lapsed Pipelien','Lapsed Pipelien'[OpportunityID]),

         CALCULATE(SUM('Lapsed Pipelien'[TVPS]),ALLEXCEPT('S&P-Open','S&P-Open'[ReportingRegion]))))
