All axis data in line chart

Hi everyone,

I need your help please.

I'm trying to display a credit score in a line chart. I have data of the score in one table and in another table the data for the X and Y axis.

At the end, the chart has to be something like this:

Credit scores are related to projects, so, when i select a project, the curve on the chart disappears and only displays the score.

Another issue would be, how can I ensure that x axis will be always displaying the max number on the list? On the given example, the maximum number is 100 and when I select project changed the scale.
