Aligning Y-axis labels on Clustered Bar Chart

I am having an issue with the alignment of my bar labels. I am not sure how to align them properly. I have not changed any positional settings for the chart. And I can confirm there are no other labels or blank rows in the data. There is a picture below:

It seems you are putting multiple measures to one bar chart.
to avoid this situation you need create table with your measures .
I can try to show you the solution if you share an example file.
