Align/snap to grid not working properly

HI All
In PBI, I set a grid to use for the report visual and alingment. In the View tab, I enabled Gridlines and Snap to Grid. But I'm experiencing for the Snap to grid feature unexpected behaviuoral.

When I open a report in Desktop, for editing, the Snap to grid is working fine. After some changes (saving, opening, closing...., after some days), it start not working. It looks like the grid size changed. For example, original the grid was 10x10 points, after it looks like it is 20x20 ( I dont think, there is any option to change te grid size), so I cannot align the visal to the original grid (align some visual, that I edit (even only resize or move it), to other that was not edited). Sometimes it help to close and open the report.
