In the below Line chart visual in screen shot 1, Sales Target is drifting too high driven by its numbers compared to Current and Prior and causing too much variation in the chart, is there a way to minimize by bringing Sales Target around middle of the chart dynamically.

I greatly appreciate your time into looking into this and i found a solution which looks like the following which I was expecting.
Line Chart:
I moved Prior from Secondary values to Values as per below screen shot.
Format:
and then by changing Format Pane ->Secondary Y axis->End = function as Median of Sales Target

@Anonymous However, this visual will given an impression that target has been achived which is not the case. in such cases, it is not advisable to use target in the secondary axis as both actual and target measurement unit are same. But it is upto you how you present and explain it to your audience. cheers!!!
