Hi,
I have two tables (Base N2 and Calendars) and two columns in my excel base "Ticket Number" and "reported_date" (Open Tickets), I need to calculate the Age of the tickets.
Follow below the formula that i used, but it did not work.
Aging2 = IF(TODAY()-'Base N2'[reported_date]<=5;"1-5 days";IF(TODAY()-'Base N2'[reported_date]<=15;"6-15 days";IF(TODAY()-'Base N2'[reported_date]<=30;"16-30 days";"+30 days")))
Can you help me?
Regards,
Renato

Hi renatofrancavr,
You need to switch all ";" to "," to make the formula work in Power BI desktop. The formula should be:
Aging2 = IF(TODAY()-'Base N2'[reported_date]<=5,
"1-5 days",
IF(TODAY()-'Base N2'[reported_date]<=15,
"6-15 days",
IF(TODAY()-'Base N2'[reported_date]<=30,
"16-30 days",
"+30 days")
)
)

Please post back if you need any further assistance regarding DAX calculation.
