Hi,powerbiexpert22 .I am glad to help you.
There doesn't seem to be a corresponding report development lifecycle chart available in Power BI.
You can try to use other custom visual objects to achieve a similar effect as possible.
I hope my suggestions will be of some help to you:
1. Gantt Chart:
show the project timeline and task progress.
visuals advantage: Clearly shows the start and end time of each phase and the progress of the tasks.

2. Burndown Chart:
to track the relationship between remaining workload and time.
visuals advantage: Helps the team understand whether progress is on schedule and evaluate project performance.

Using decomposition tree and Sankey chart is also a good option.

Hi,powerbiexpert22 .Thank you for your reply.
I am very sorry that I misunderstood your requirements at the beginning. Do you want to achieve such an effect in Power Point? If so, it would be more helpful to go to the corresponding forum and raise your requirements.

If you think from a Power BI perspective, I recommend that you create the corresponding flowchart in Power BI and then embed it in Power Point, so that you can also dynamically present the data.
