Aggregation is not enabled suddenly
The aggregation is not enabled suddenly I can't change the count to Sum or sum to count and even in the matrix table I can't add the numbers column to the value field.

HI SKD1994,
What type of the value did the field stored? If they are text or data/time values which not able to be aggregated with math methods(e.g. average, sum, max/min), you should not be able to apply 'sum' mode on these type of fields.
In addition, can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.

Sorry that's my org data and i'm not allowed to share the dashboard and this only happens in this dashboard only and I use the same datasets in new pbix file that aggregation enabled I have attached both the screenshot for your reference

According to your snapshot, this field seems configured correctly. Did you worked with a custom visual? Does this scenario appeared when you use common power bi visuals?
If this issue only appears when you use custom visual, It should be a special visual issues. I'd like to suggest you contact to the visual author to report this scenario.
