Hello,
I'd like to aggreagte rows by day. I noticed that it was aggregating by day of the month rather than actual calendar date. That is, is shows the average for all 24ths of each month, which is not what I want. I followed this question which deals with the same issue but for months: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Dates-improperly-aggregating-in-visualization/m-p/118128
So I now have a calculated column in the format YYYMMDD. So I'm able to aggregate unique dates and sort. The problem I'm having is if I want to graph this there are gaps between months since there is a value for 20210830...20210831.. then skip to 20210901.
I can change the axis to categorical, which eliminates the dates that don't exist, but then the data is not sorted:
Any ideas to display the aggregated values by date that looks nice?
Thanks!

@rssvlk , In the second option, can you check the sort column from three dots. Seem like it is sorted on the value column, not the date
That was the winner! Thank you amitchandak! For anyone else reading, be sure it'sa line type of visualization.
