After refreshing, the data in PowerBI is not being shown in the visuals on the dashboard

I have underlying data which is being successfully fed through into PowerBI and I can verify this is correct looking at the table view. However, this data is not then being reflected in the visuals which arent showing this change. I have triple checked filters on the visual but nothing is explaining this.

Thanks,

Matthew

I have a bar chart which is linked to a table. For this particular month, the table shows '5' but the visual associated with this table is showing '2'

Please provide more info.

Fields in the visual. Measure definitions. Data model. Rows in the table in data view that you do not see.

The data against each month is taken from an excel which is being fed into the PowerBI properly. It is just the excel sheet. I have no queries or edits on the data. The visual is a bar chart with a line graph. All other months' data is being showed properly, but for October, it is showing 2 instead of 5 on the bar graph. It is very simple and has worked fine since January this year.
