After adding new measures, there are so many duplicated columns with blank values are showing

I am very new to Power BI and currently trying to build some reports.

I have connected several tables in data modeling and add some measurements in main table.

All of newly added measurements are fine as the below,

but then after I have added one more, plus added one dimension from another table which is connected with my main table, then suddenly there are so many new columns are happening. I feel like I have connected data modeling wrong..

Anyone can support?

Week dimension from current main table, then it works.

When I add Year dimension from another table with data modeling connection, then... there are so many -100% omni vs lw% showing up with different gradual level....

Please kindly help..

Thanks

can you show a screenshot of your relationships between the tables,  how are you joining this data?
