After Pro Trial To Pro Reports Gone

After asign  Pro license  To Pro Trial Account All Reports Gone,

I lost all report,  is there any way to recover them?

I have tested it on my local environment, create a Power BI free account in Office 365 admin portal, and sign into Power BI services and try pro trial. Publish some reports to services. Then I add Power BI pro license to this account. The results is that all the reports keep in my workspace.

So in your sceario, please try to clear you broswer cache and then check if this issue persists or not. If the issue persists, please provide us more detail information.

I tried different browsers and PC-s but anyway I've lost my reports ((

I tried to change licences several times, from pro to free, from free to pro ans so on.

May it cause deleting existing reports?
