Afficher les erreurs

Bonjour,

Hi @Anonymous ,

What is your current error version? Can you provide some screenshots of errors? I think the problem may be caused by incompatibilities between versions, and I recommend that you keep the old version for stability.

Best regards,

Mengmeng Li

Here are some tips to help you identify the errors in your Power BI queries:

Possible Causes of the Error:

Connectivity Issues:

Teams SharePoint: Ensure your connection to Teams SharePoint is stable and you have the necessary permissions to access the Excel files.
Gateway: If you're using a data gateway, verify it's online and configured correctly.
Firewall or Proxy: Network restrictions might prevent Power BI from accessing data sources.
Changes in Excel Files:

Data Structure: If you've modified the structure of your Excel files (column names, data types), Power BI might struggle to refresh them.
Complex Formulas: Lengthy or complex formulas in Excel files can slow down refresh and cause errors.
Power Query Query Issues:

Incorrect Syntax: Double-check the syntax of your Power Query queries. A minor error can lead to refresh failures.
Outdated Functions: Ensure the functions used in your queries are compatible with your Power BI version.
Power BI Limitations:

Data Size: Very large Excel files can cause issues for Power BI to load.
Model Complexity: An overly complex data model can also lead to refresh problems.
Possible Solutions:

Verify Connectivity:

Restart Power BI and Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix temporary connection issues.
Test Connection in Excel: Open Excel files directly in Excel to confirm accessibility.
Check Gateway Settings: Ensure the gateway is configured correctly and can communicate with data sources.
Simplify Power Query Queries:

Split Queries: Divide long queries into smaller, more manageable ones.
Avoid Complex Functions: Prioritize simple and efficient functions.
Use Comments: Add comments to queries for better understanding and debugging.
Manually Refresh Data:

Right-click on Dataset: In Report view, right-click the dataset and select "Refresh Now."
Check Detailed Error Messages: The refresh window should provide more specific error information.
Create a Simplified Report:

Reduce Visuals: Try creating a simpler report with fewer visuals to see if the issue persists.
Use Filtered Data: Filter data to reduce the amount of data processed.
