Adobe Analytics reports in Power BI

Hello!

I have 4 reports from Adobe Analytics that are extracted using DataWarehouse and Report Builder. These reports are set to be sent on a weekly basis and have monthly granularity. The reports are sent to email and then uploaded to Power BI.

My question is around Unique Visitor metric. How can I ensure that I don't have any duplicates in count?

Can somebody explain how it works and what is the solution? As the count from Power BI don't match with Adobe Analytics?

Hi @Elina_Mirin

When you use the metric report, it automatically creates a Usage Metrics Report dataset. The usage metrics report relies on that dataset. Power BI then refreshes this dataset daily. Every visitor that accessed your report throughout the reporting period is referred to as a visit. It will count as five visits if the same individual accesses the website five times.

On the contrary, a unique visitor is a particular individual user that visited your report within the reporting period.

You can refer to the following link.
