Adobe Analytics 1.0 connector issue

Sudddenly Adobe analytics 1.0 connector is throwing an error today(25-01-2024). there are diffent errors while trying to refresh the data. Errors: 1. Invalid credentials - but i am sure there is no...

Hi Anonymous ,

Based on the information you have provided, please perform the following action plan:

  1. If the issue persists, try clearing any cached credentials in Power BI and re-enter them.
  2. Check for any update or maintenance notifications from Adobe Analytics that may be related to API changes or service outages.

If the issue persists, consider using the Adobe Analytics 2.0 connector as a temporary workaround, as you have instructed it to apply.

Hi Ada Wang,

    Thanks for your suggestion, but the issue was fixed in the backend on the next day. I don't know wheather it is fixed from adobe/Microsoft.
