Adjusting Values With only a Measure

Hi,

I'm not sure on how exactly to word my question, so I'll just give an oversimplified example.

I have a table that looks like this:

FruitQuanity
Apple7
Orange8
Banana4
Antifruit21

But I would like a measure that outputs something like this, where the amount listed above for Antifruit is the total, and Antifruit is given the remainder:

FruitQuantity
Apple7
Orange8
Banana4
Antifruit2
Total21

Is it possible to do this with only a measure?  I.e. not modifying the tables in M or creating a calculated column.

The model I'm working off of is obviously much more complex than this, so let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

@edtheiii11 maybe something like this

Sum Quantity = SUM ( Table[Quantity] )

Sum Qty Final =
IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[Fruit] ) = "Antifruit",
    CALCULATE ( [Sum Quantity], ALLSELECTED ( Table ) ),
    [Sum Quantity]
)
