from this window, instead of choosing the first file as sample, choose one of the files that have the maximum number of columns.

The photo shown by mangaus1111 you see it only when the first time you select the folder as a data source.
Is it possible share your file ?

It has some private data. Are you suggesting that maybe I start anew and try re-creating the data source in another PowerBI file? I can try, but there are many transformations I have created which I will need to recreate in the new file 😞
